Shipping Information

We currently provide shipping across Canada and United States.

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are working on it. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier’s tracking system.

Once your order is placed, you cannot make changes to it, such as adding new items. If you’ve made an error with your delivery address, please email us immediately at contact@momoisland.ca . Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to modify the address.

You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled (shipped). To request a cancellation, contact us at contact@momoisland.ca right away. Please note that cancelling an order is a manual process, and while we’ll do our best, we cannot guarantee it will be stopped before it’s packaged and shipped.

Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
