What Items Cannot Be Returned?
Please be aware that we do not accept returns on **personal care products. For all other products, items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, and unused to qualify for a return. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
** Personal care items include products used for hygiene, grooming, and beauty, such as skincare (cleansers, moisturizers, lotions), hair care (shampoos, conditioners, styling products), oral care, deodorants, and makeup. Essentially, any product designed for body care or enhancement of appearance is considered a personal care item
How Do I Return an Item?
If you wish to return an item for a refund, send us an email (contact@momoisland.ca) so we can accept your package. In the email, kindly specify your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. The item must be in the original packaging and condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.
The Item Arrived Was Damaged. What Do I Do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
Are There Fees For Return and Exchange?
Return and exchange fees (including shipping costs) will be handled as follows:
• For returns or exchanges not related to quality issues, the costs will be your responsibility.
• For returns or exchanges due to quality issues, we will cover all related costs.
Please note that the following are not considered quality issues:
• Slight color differences between the product photos and the actual item caused by lighting, computer display settings, or personal perception of colors. These do not qualify as quality defects.
• Size charts or flat measurements provided on the product detail page are for reference only. Due to manual measurements, production batches, or personal measurement methods, there may be slight variations from your measurements.
What Is Your Return Period?
Returned products must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels intact. Please ensure to return the product itself, tags, accessories, gifts, and packaging (excluding shipping boxes or bags).
If you received any electronic points from this purchase, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted after a successful return.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once the returned package is received by our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected to determine if the return is accepted. If approved, your order will be refunded in full. Once the refund is issued by our system, the amount will appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted:
• For safety and hygiene reasons, intimate items such as underwear, swimwear, sports bras, socks, tights, and leggings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or soiled due to customer mishandling or that affect resale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Due to the nature of the products, food items, contact lenses, and diapers cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues.
• Free gifts or other items included with the order cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Requests for returns or exchanges submitted after 15 days from the delivery date will not be processed.
• Custom-made products.
• Items returned that do not match the product model or code in the order record.
• Returns will not be accepted if Momoisland is not informed within 30 days of the delivery date.
